• File Data: Files you send with EzFilez are temporarily stored on our servers for no more than 24 hours, after which they are automatically deleted. However, the security and confidentiality of your information are central to everything we do. All files and filenames are encrypted with the latest AES 256-bit encryption and stored on AWS servers located in the United States. EzFilez servers and databases never have access to the decryption key, ensuring your files remain secure. TLS encryption is also employed to further protect your data during transfers.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

• Authenticate your account and provide secure access
• Manage subscriptions and app features
• Display relevant ads in the free version using AdMob
• Temporarily store your encrypted files on AWS servers for no more than 24 hours
• Store your subscription information in RevenueCat

We use industry-standard measures, including:

• AES Encryption: Files and filenames are always encrypted with strong military-grade encryption meaning only you have access to your information
• TLS Encryption: Protects your data while being transferred over the internet
• Automatic Deletion: All files are automatically deleted from our AWS servers within 24 hours to ensure your data doesn't remain stored longer than necessary
• Geographic Location: Your encrypted files are stored on secure AWS servers located in the United States

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services, including:

• Apple and Google Play Subscriptions for subscription management
• RevenueCat for subscription and payment management
• Google AdMob for displaying ads in the free version

Your data is not shared with third parties except as required to operate these services.
